About Me
I am Rosaura Zeghir, and I would like to share with you what Pathway of Hope stands for. We are a counseling center that provide comprehensive counseling services to individuals, families and couples in the community. We understand that as humans, we can experience difficulties, but the purpose of counseling is to provide support in times of struggle.
We recognize the impact that spirituality and faith has in our life and this is a key component of our counseling center.
I have worked with clients with a wide variety of issues from substance use, trauma, sexual abuse, depression and mood disorders, to grief, family, immigration issues, and relational issues. I have come to appreciate the power of faith as an active ingredient in positive change.

Specializing in Trauma Therapy, Mental Health Issues, Family Therapy, and Immigration Evalutions.
Trauma Therapy
In the last few years I been focusing and working with survivors of different types of trauma. I have work with sexual abuse clients which is an epidemic not only in the United States, but also in different parts of the world. I utilize Core Healing from Sexual Abuse and EMDR as basic interventions to help survivor overcome the negative effects of sexual abuse
Family Therapy
Included in family therapy there is couples counseling, marital counseling, Premarital counseling, and all issues that not only affect families but are also consider stages of life.
Family therapy can often include learning skills to maintain healthy families such as communication skills , conflict resolution skills, attentive skills and listening skills.
Inmigration Evalutions.
I have provided psychological evaluation and therapy for hundreds of individuals, struggling with a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Substance use disorders, depression and anxiety, as well as issues related to domestic violence, sexual violence, immigration issues, separation from loved ones, and dislocation.
Couples Therapy
Working with couples is one of my passion because God created marriage as a reflection of God's love and care for us. I utilize Gottman's interventions as the main framework for couples work. Our commitment and motivation to solve problems reflects our flexibility and positive outcomes when it comes to therapy. Investing time in therapy allows couple to focus more on the joys of marriage than on the challenges,
Mental Heath Issues
Anxiety, Depression and other mental health issues and incredibly challenging outside of the therapeutic setting. living in fear or isolated from the world has proven to cause damaging effects not only in our brain but also in the overall function of our body. Addressing mental health issues allow us to become who God intended us to be.
